Upon moving to Los Angeles in ’94, Wendy Parker had the amazing opportunity to kickstart her career as an in-house Director of Special Events in the shining Hollywood locale. Word spread of her elegant design and festive touch, and before long, Wendy was repping venues and executing events all over Southern California.
We’re known in the entertainment industry for planning movie premieres and wrap parties with a signature Hollywood flair. No matter the event, whether you’re holding a corporate event, raising funds for a charity, or marrying your soulmate, we will bring your vision to life. Hi! My name is Sayoko and it’s been a great experience working with Wendy Parker Events team!
I started my professional career in the music industry as the Studio Manager for the iconic Record Plant Recording Studios. I enjoyed working with Grammy Award winning artists and producers, booking out recording studios for over 4 years before transitioning to the Studio Manager for will.i.am‘s Hollywood facility, The Future. Among the multiple recording studios and sound stages, our music world quickly grew to encompass film production, photography, fashion and technology and after two years under will.i.am Music, I was promoted to Director of Operations for i.am.plus where I loved all the different aspects of my job for over four years. Looking forward to all the beautiful events that I will get to be a part of with Wendy and this amazing team!

Stefanie’s career journey is a vibrant tapestry woven with passion, creativity, and dedication. Starting her career in events with WPE about 20 years ago, where she worked with Wendy as her business grew.
An artist at heart and a talented hairstylist, Stefanie took a strategic detour from events, channeling her precision and skill into the corporate world. She successfully climbed the ladder in product development and testing for hair care, collaborating with some of the biggest names in the industry. During this time, she honed her organizational skills and gained invaluable corporate acumen.
However, the magnetic pull of her innate creativity and the desire to craft unique experiences led her back to her first professional love. Recently, Stefanie has joyfully returned to WPE, embracing every moment of being creative, curating, and helping to make people’s events as special and memorable as possible.
Stefanie lives with her husband and three beloved kitties and enjoys traveling, especially in the pursuit of new and unique places to eat!
